À la carte·

The à la carte room. Six seats, no schedule.

A pared menu for guests who would like a single piece of nigiri and a glass of sake, or four sashimi and a soup. Available Tuesday through Saturday in our six-seat à la carte room. Tea service runs throughout.

A note on order

We serve à la carte in the order most kitchens prefer it eaten. Sashimi first, then nigiri, then a hand roll to close. The kitchen will pace the room. The chef is happy to suggest a sequence at your seat.
