We collect the information you provide when you request a reservation: name, email, phone number, party size, date, dietary restrictions, and any notes for the chef. We collect basic site analytics (page views, device type, country) through a privacy-first analytics provider that does not set advertising cookies.
How we use it
Reservation information is used to confirm your seat, hold your deposit, and prepare for any dietary needs. Analytics information is used to improve the site. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
We set a small set of functional cookies required for the site to operate, plus analytics cookies described above. We do not set advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We use third-party services for email delivery, payment processing of deposits, and site analytics. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and process information only for the purposes described above.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information. We will respond within thirty days. To make a request, contact the host using the email address below.
Retention
Reservation records are retained for two years for accounting and dietary-history purposes, then deleted. Analytics records are aggregated after thirty days and contain no personally identifiable information.
